Terms and refunds
The short version: use it freely, check its results like any other calculation, and if Pro isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days.
Using StabilityProof
The calculator is free to use for any purpose, including commercial work. Word and PDF reports need a Pro licence. Your data is analysed in your browser and never sent to us; see Privacy.
Your responsibility for results
StabilityProof is a calculation tool. Accelerated stability predictions support decisions such as formulation and packaging choice and a provisional shelf life; they do not replace real-time stability data, and you remain responsible for how results are used, including any regulatory submission. If you use the tool in a GMP setting, your quality system decides whether and how it is validated for your use. The method page describes how results are calculated.
Pro subscriptions
Pro is sold by our reseller and merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, which handles payment, invoices and sales tax. Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the link in your receipt email; Pro then stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
A licence is for one person and can be activated on up to three devices. A site licence covers the people and devices stated when you buy it.
Refunds
If Pro isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment and you'll get the full amount back, no questions asked. Renewals can be refunded within 14 days if you haven't created a report since the renewal. Refunds are made by Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method; reply to your receipt email to ask.
Changes and availability
We improve the tool regularly. Every report and saved analysis records the engine version that produced it. We aim to keep the site available but can't guarantee uninterrupted access. If we ever stop offering Pro, we'll refund the unused part of any paid period.
Liability
The tool is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
